Stage 01
Win
Start with Jesus, take a step of faith, and begin building a rhythm of worship, community, and service.
First Step
Salvation
We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, through His death, burial, and resurrection. Salvation is a gift from God, not a result of our good works or human effort.

Baptism
Water baptism is a worship act where the believer expresses faith and commitment to Jesus. Baptisms are during the 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 1:00 PM Spanish services.

Membership means we are all necessary parts of the whole. Membership is a 3-week program consisting of Membership 101, 201, and 301. Everyone is invited and under no obligation to become a member after class.

Life Groups are how we make a big church feel small. Being plugged into a family is vital to the strength of a believer, and there is a group for every season of life.
Mentorship
Complete Discipleship Books
The Discipleship Process is designed to be walked through with a mentor. You will complete two workbooks with daily assignments and meet with your mentor as you grow in mature Christian living.
Leadership Track
Complete Commissioning Program
The Commissioning Process is the second phase of the leadership track of discipleship at PowerHouse Church and follows the Discipleship Process.
Commitment
Become a Committed Team Member
We can only reproduce who we are. As we are committed and our lives are transformed, we can help transform the lives of others through Christ.
Stage 03
Disciple
Discipleship moves us from being connected to becoming equipped. This stage helps believers step into leadership and reproduce faith in others.
Multiply
Launch a Life Group
Upon completion of the Discipleship and Commissioning Process, launching a Life Group is one of the ways you can lead and help others grow.
Serve
Lead a Power Team
After completing the Discipleship and Commissioning Process, leading a Power Team is one of the ways you can serve as the leader you were called to be.
Develop
Disciple Others
Discipleship is multiplied when transformed people invest in others, helping them grow in faith, maturity, and purpose.
Mission
Local / International Missionary
One expression of discipleship is being launched into mission locally or internationally, carrying the message of Jesus beyond the walls of the church.

Send
The goal of Growth Track is not just information. It is transformation that sends people into their world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Mission Field
Live on Mission
Carry the Gospel into your family, workplace, city, and community. Every believer has a mission field.
Beyond Sunday
Serve Beyond Sunday
Use your gifts to strengthen the church, serve people, and help make ministry happen throughout the week.
